We are currently seeking talented individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Regional Mortgage Managers. As RM, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of loan officers (30-50), driving their success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We will help develop this team for you from our team of recruiters throughout the 32 states we are currently licensed in.

Key Responsibilities:

*Manage and mentor a team of mortgage loan officers, providing guidance and support.

* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive loan origination and achieve business targets.

* Monitor loan officer performance and provide ongoing coaching and training

*Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

* Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices.

*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.

* Working knowledge of current software such as LendingPad, Mortech, MMI, and SureFire.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a mortgage loan officer or similar role.

* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

* Excellent understanding of mortgage products, loan origination, and underwriting processes.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and business growth.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

* Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., NMLS) are preferred but not required.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
